  4. Step 4
    Outreach Delivery

Personalized email drafts delivered to your team, or we send them through your outreach infrastructure directly.

Scope, methods and delivery

The problem we address

Your competitors' unhappy customers post their frustrations on forums, review platforms and social media, often naming the exact problem your product solves. A public complaint is a signal worth investigating, not proof that someone is ready to buy, and most companies have no systematic way to find those posts or judge which ones warrant outreach.

Our approach

We analyze negative sentiment across review platforms, forums, and social media for all your competitors. We identify patterns in what's driving customer dissatisfaction, build detailed profiles of the market segments most likely to switch, and create targeted outreach campaigns that address those specific pain points.

The customers your competitors are actively losing

At any moment, a meaningful percentage of your competitor's customers are publicly venting about specific friction:

  • Reddit posts about features that broke
  • G2 reviews about support that ignored them
  • X threads about pricing increases they didn't consent to
  • Trustpilot reviews about cancellation processes designed to retain involuntarily

Those posts reveal an expressed problem and can point to relevant outreach prospects. We score switching signals separately rather than assuming every unhappy reviewer is looking for an alternative.

How we identify them at scale

The capture pipeline pulls signal from:

  • Long-running archive of consumer discussions across Reddit, Twitter/X, niche forums, and product communities
  • Structured review-platform data (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, app stores), filtered for recent posts (typically 0-30 days)
  • Public CFPB complaint patterns and FTC aggregate statistics for market context in regulated verticals (they don't identify individual complainants; outreach prospects come from identifiable public reviews and posts)

We classify each surfaced complaint by competitor, complaint type, sentiment severity, and switching readiness using language pattern analysis. The output is a ranked list of public posts where the author names a specific competitor and describes a problem your product addresses.

What you do with the list

The deliverable is a CSV of qualified prospects with the source URL, complaint summary, suggested outreach angle, and a confidence score on switching readiness.

Your sales team can engage publicly (thoughtful reply on Reddit or X) or privately (DM the user explaining you saw the post and asking if they'd like to talk).

Use the list to qualify prospects before outreach; a public complaint alone doesn't establish current buying intent. We deliver lists in batches of 50-200 prospects depending on tier, refreshed weekly or monthly.

Where this works

Competitor customer capture fits:

  • B2B and B2C SaaS where users discuss tools publicly
  • E-commerce where Trustpilot and Reddit are active
  • Consumer services where review platforms are loud

It works best when your specific product addresses the specific complaint pattern. It doesn't work to surface random unhappy users — they need to be unhappy about a thing you specifically fix.

It doesn't fit categories where customer complaints are private or regulated (medical, certain financial-services niches) where public-discussion volume is too thin.

Competitor Customer Capture questions

Is this legal?
We use only publicly available information: reviews posted on public platforms and business contact details from standard directories and enrichment databases. Email we prepare is built to CAN-SPAM's requirements, which cover business email too: accurate sender details, a physical address and a working opt-out. Calls and texts carry separate consent rules under the TCPA, so campaigns we prepare don't include automated calls or texts without the recipient's consent. When you send from your own systems, your team handles opt-outs and suppression lists.
What response rates do you see?
Personalized outreach based on a specific complaint speaks to a problem the person has already named, which generic cold outreach cannot. Response rates still depend on the offer, the audience and the outreach. We supply the complaint context and a suggested angle; your team still qualifies current need, buying authority and willingness to switch.
How do you find reviewer contact information?
We match reviewer profiles to real contacts using public data sources: business directories, professional networks, company websites, and enrichment databases. Match rates are higher for B2B reviewers than consumer reviewers due to richer public data availability. Every contact is verified before delivery.
Can you do this on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Continuous monitoring mines new negative reviews daily and delivers fresh leads weekly. Competitors never stop generating unhappy customers. We set up automated alerts so every time someone posts a 1-star review of your competitor, you know about it within 24 hours.
Which review platforms do you scan?
Google Reviews, Yelp, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, BBB, industry-specific platforms (Avvo for legal, Healthgrades for medical, Houzz for home services), app stores, Amazon, and other platforms that matter in your industry. We also scan Reddit, forums, and social media for complaint posts that never make it to formal review sites.
